For those of you waiting to hear how the Bubble Wrap worked out as pipe insulation - well, so far so good!! According to the weather forecasters, our area is now out from under the risk of a hard freeze (at least for the time being,) and all of our pipes did just fine. None of them froze or burst, for which I am very grateful!!!
So my experiment worked, and Bubble Wrap accompanied by the great ol’ standby, Duct Tape, did the trick! Who knew???
Now I can only hope and pray that my plants fared as well. We’ll see . . . maybe I should’ve wrapped them in Bubble Wrap too!
